Ordinance #05-14 – This ordinance is an Amendment to Chapter 61, Article I (Removal of Municipal Officials) and Article II (Defense & Indemnification).
Ordinance #06-14 – This ordinance would delete Chapter 309-6 Smoking in designed areas of the City Code.
Resolution #10-14 – This resolution concerns the awarding of a Working Dog Foundation Grant in the amount of $7,000 to the Franklin Police Department.
79-E Tax Relief- Under the Mountain, LLC has purchased the property at 354 Central Street, Map 117 Lot 150 formerly known as Northway Bank. They are requesting Tax Relief under Chapter 79-E, Community Revitalization Tax Relief Incentive.

City Council to consider the request from Under the Mountain, LLC for tax relief under Chapter 79-E for the property they purchased at 354 Central Street, Map 117, Lot 150.
City Council to consider approval of Ordinance #05-14 which makes changes to Chapter 61, Article I (Removal of Municipal Officials) and Article II (Defense and Indemnification) of the Municipal Code
City Council to consider approval of Ordinance #06-14 concerning the deletion of Chapter 309-6 in designated areas of the City Code.
City Council to consider approval of the proposed MetroCast Franchise Renewal Agreement between the City of Franklin and MetroCast.
City Council to consider approval of Resolution #10-14 concerning the acceptance and appropriation of the Working Dog Foundation Grant in the amount of $7,000.
City Council to consider adoption of Resolution #11-14 concerning a Full Faith and Credit Pledge concerning the recipient of CDBG grant funds in the amount of $413,938 for the TRIP Center Program which will be joining Tiny Twisters Child Care Center and Head Start Program at the Bessie Rowell Community Center.
