Resolution #09-15 – this resolution allows $4,397 of Bessie Rowell Community Center capital reserve funds to be appropriated for flooring replacement of three rooms in the Bessie Rowell Community Center.

Ordinance #10-15 – this ordinance concerns amendments to Chapter 160 Fees, Chapter 245 Sewer and Chapter 289 Water of the City’s Municipal Code.

Ordinance #11-15 – this ordinance relates to proposed amendments to Chapter 284, Vehicles and Traffic of the City’s Municipal Code.

Ordinance #13-15 – this ordinance concerns proposed amendments to Chapter 262, Streets and Sidewalks and Chapter 284, Vehicles and Traffic of the City’s Municipal Code.

Ordinance #15-15 – this ordinance relates to changes to Chapter 166-8 Code of Appeal of the Municipal Code.

Resolution #11-15 – this resolution concerns the acceptance of grant funds and the expenditure of funds for a project to replace the Haynes Brook Culvert on Central Street.

Resolution #12-15 – this resolution concerns a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $765,000 for the renovation of the Cross Street Tank and the relocation of the water main on Route 3.
