Order to accept the Falmouth on the Green sewer system and to accept the sewer extension on Winn Road.
Discussion and introduction of an amendment to the Falmouth Code by adding a section, to be numbered 18-133, which prohibits connection of septic tanks to the public sewer.
Order to consider a request from Cianchette Family LLC to terminate the town's right of incipient dedication in Howard's End Drive and Spring Ledge Drive in the Sherwood Forest subdivision.
Presentation on the status of the new elementary school.
Order to appoint a representative of the Town Council to serve on the Falmouth School Department Superintendent of Schools search committee.
Staff presentation on the status of an Energy Efficiency Community Block Grant (EEBG).
Discussion and possible order to approve plowing certain sidewalks, including Johnson Road.
Discussion about how the Town Council would like to proceed on matters related to workforce housing.
Discussion regarding a zoning amendment to adopt the variance from dimensional standards, known as the "Practical Difficulty Variance," as requested by Councilor Libby.
Order to change the Town Council regular December 29 meeting date to Monday, December 14.

Order to go into Executive Session pursuant to the Laws of Maine to discuss negotiation parameters associated with labor contracts between the town and two unions - Teamsters Local 340 and Maine Association of Police, pursuant 1 M.R.S.A. § 405 (6) (D).
