Subject:	Order to consider a request from Cianchette Family LLC to terminate the town's right of incipient dedication in Howard's End Drive and Spring Ledge Drive in the Sherwood Forest subdivision. ACTION: Council action is possible.
Summary:	David Perkins, attorney for Cianchette Family LLC, has requested the Council consider this action. Attached is a letter from Mr. Perkins as well as a letter from Daniel Cummings, attorney for the Kargars. The Kargars are the only other party that have rights to Howard's End Drive. Also attached is the current configuration of the subdivision.
