Public Hearings

New Tax Increment Financing Plan - The purpose of this public hearing is to gather any comments from the Merrimack County Commissioners, the Franklin School Board, and the public regarding the adoption of a new Tax Increment Financing Plan for the Franklin Industrial Business Park and the surrounding area.

Ordinance #06-13 – This proposed ordinance concerns Chapter 160, Fees of the Franklin Municipal Code and would establish a $20 fee for copies of audio tapes
plus the cost of the tape.

COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC

Persons wishing to address the Council may speak for a maximum of three minutes.  No more than thirty minutes will be devoted to public commentary.
