Workshop discussion of a proposed amendment to the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance Section 6, regarding Nonconforming Residential Structures on conforming or non-conforming lots.

A public comment period will not be included with this item because it is a workshop discussion.

ACTION: Council action is not anticipated.
Summary:
The Council held a hearing on April 8, the Planning Board held its MRA Hearing on April 2 and the BZA discussed the amendment at their meeting on June 25.  Please find attached the following:
