This is an opportunity for members of the public to address the Council on matters which are not part of the meeting agenda.
Order to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of November 26, 2007.
Order to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of December 17, 2007.
Order to authorize the Town Manager to accept/apply for a grant with the Cumberland County Soil and Water Conservation District for Phase III improvements to the Highland Lake watershed.
Order to authorize the Town Manager to execute an indenture relative to rights of way to access town owned property in the Pleasant Hill neighborhood.
Order to create an ad hoc committee named the Falmouth Mass Transit Committee and to adopt a charge for said committee.

Report from Council Committees and liaisons regarding updates on assignments.
Report from the Appointments Committee and order relative to filling various vacancies on Boards and Committees.
Order to approve an interlocal agreement with Cumberland County, and the cities/towns of Portland, South Portland, Scarborough, Westbrook, and Cape Elizabeth to construct and operate a regional crime lab in the City of Portland.
Presentation from Officer Rob Susi about the School Safety Team.
Order to authorize the Town Manager to advertise and solicit request for proposals related to a workforce housing development on town owned property located near the new Police Station on Woods Road.
Order to Authorize the Town Manager to apply for a CDBG application relative to the proposed Workforce Housing development.
Report from the Falmouth Conservation Commission relative to their 2008 Work Plan.
Order to authorize the Town Manager to develop and implement a new volunteer conservation corp, and to submit detailed management and operation protocols at a later date.
Report and presentation on school consolidation efforts in Falmouth.
Order to go into executive session for the following: Discuss possible property acquisitions - 1 M.R.S.A. § 401 (6) (C).
Order to go into executive session pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. § 405 (6) (C) to discuss the potential economic development implications of certain large commercial development proposals in the Town of Falmouth.
