Subject:	Order to Authorize the Town Manager to apply for a CDBG application relative to the proposed Workforce Housing development.
Summary:	This is a request for the Council to support the resubmittal of a grant through the County CDBG Competitive program for infrastructure to support a housing program off Woods Road. The due date for submittal is February 1, 2008. A copy of the completed application will be submitted by the Council's workshop meeting on January 22, 2008.
