PUBLIC HEARINGS

Resolution #07-13this resolution would authorize the acceptance and expenditure of funds associated with the Stormwater and Wetland Replication Project on Lake Shore Drive.

Resolution #08-13 – this resolution would increase FY13 appropriations for contingent grant revenue and expenditures from $30,000 to $120,000.

Ordinance #09-13this ordinance concerns a change in the City’s Personnel Code for regular part-time employees in order to comply with the Patient Protection and Affordability Care Act.

Resolution #09-13this resolution would allow the City of Franklin to borrow additional funds under the State of New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loan Program at a 40% loan forgiveness.  These funds would be used for additional water main replacement work.

City Council to consider the scheduling of a public hearing on Ordinance #10-13 regarding proposed amendment to Chapter 284, Vehicles and Traffic of the Franklin City Code.  Public Hearing Notice.


City Council to consider the renewal of a one-year Lease Agreement between the City and Daniel L. Fife for 34 acres (Tax Map 123-403 located off River Street) owned by the City of Franklin.


City Council to consider the approval of Resolution #07-13 regarding the acceptance of a State Conservation Committee Grant for a Webster Lake Water Quality Project.
