Since January 31, 2012, OceanView and Town staff have been working to satisfy the requirements of the Purchase and Sale Agreement for the Plummer-Motz and Lunt School Property.
Closing of the property is planned to occur prior to December 31, 2012. The attached status report indicates which items have been completed and which ones require more work. The November 26 meeting is intended to provide a general update of project progress for the Council. The December 10 Council meeting will focus on OceanView’s proposal for the Public-Private Partnership.
