(ITEM REMOVED) Order to adopt the Natural Resources amendment to the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance, the Subdivision Ordinance and the Land Use Fee Schedule.

ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Summary:
The amendments were introduced on March 8.  A public hearing was held on April 12 and the Planning Board hearing on April 13.  Subsequently, the Community Development Committee reviewed comments at their meeting on June 1.  The attachments include the language introduced, Planning Board comments and the amended language brought forward by the Community Development Committee.
