Councilor Chase presented ideas for several amendments to the ordinance to reduce the amount of open space required in the Resource Conservation Overlay District, as well as a change in the calculation of Net Residential Area. The Council reviewed the current provisions at their July 12 meeting. Attached are a letter of introduction by Councilor Chase and the proposed ordinance language. |
