The Assessing Department and Codes Office have completed a site visit of the property at 105 Sunset Road. Attached are the reports of the Assessor and the Code Officer regarding the observations made at the property.
The following order was approved by the Council on January 11, 2010:
That the Settlement Agreement between Citicorp Mortgage, Inc. and the Town of Falmouth dated June 19, 1997 and recorded at the Cumberland County Registry of Deeds at Book 13159 Page 170 be amended to remove Items 1 and 2 listed under the document Deed Restrictions, removing restrictions placed on the property known as 105 Sunset Road and referenced in the Assessor’s records as Map HL3 Lot 029. The Town Manager is authorized to execute any necessary legal instruments and the property owner is responsible for any associated costs of preparing and recording such instruments. This order is conditioned upon the Town of Falmouth Assessor having access to inspect the property. |
