Review of draft program for September 21st Community Discussion for the use of the former Brown property at 260 Foreside Road.

Summary:
Staff have worked to organize this community discussion as per the Council's direction from August 10th. Other staff input has also been incorporated in the attached draft program. The program can be found on page 2 of the "Brown Invitation." A draft project overview and Forecaster advertisement have also been provided.
