Presentation by Robert McDaniel regarding request for removal of restrictions placed on 106 Sunset Road by the Council.

ACTION: No Council action anticipated.
Summary:
Robert McDaniel purchased this property in 1997. The seller, Citibank, had entered into a settlement agreement with the Town regarding numerous violations on the lot. The agreement requires that "no part of the garage located on the Premises will be converted to a single family dwelling unit...".  Mr. McDaniel would like the Council to consider removing the agreement so that the lot would be eligible for a dwelling unit. Attachments include a summary memo from Al Farris, Code Enforcement Officer, the settlement agreement dated June 19, 1997, a letter from Mr. McDaniel dated April 15, 2009, a memo from Amanda Stearns, and a value spreadsheet prepared by Anne Gregory.
