Staff have discovered that there are conflicts between the dimensional requirements for the West Falmouth Master Plan Development District and the Route 100 Corridor Overlay District. It is recommended, based on historical application of the ordinance, to exempt properties in the WFMPDD from the more strict sign provisions in the Overlay District. Excerpts from the WFMPDD portion of the Zoning Ordinance and the Exit 10 Design Guidelines are attached, along with an introduction letter from Councilor Libby. |
