Two actions are requested of the Council:
1. Order to re-appoint the members of the ad-hoc committees. In keeping with the re-appointment of all committee members which the Council passed on December 22, 2008, the terms reorganization ordinance (attached; see Section 14) also required the re-appointment of members of the ad-hoc committees, namely the Community Facilities Planning Committee, the Green Ribbon Commission and the Workforce Housing Committee. All members of these committees shall be appointed for terms of one year, per said ordinance. A report is attached detailing the members of each committee to be re-appointed.
2. Order to appoint members to fill vacancies on several committees. A report is attached detailing the members to be appointed to each committee. UPDATE: The Appointments committee met on January 26, 2009 and updated the vacancies report. The updated report is now attached.
