Hugh Smith, Councilor Libby, Councilor Wrobleski, and staff were asked by the Council to review the CPAC charge, membership structure, and other relevant matters. The working group was also asked to submit a report on a recommendation for moving forward. A copy of the report (ordinance amendment and letter or introduction) is attached. An updated copy of the proposed language based on Council comments from the March 18, 2008 workshop is attached/linked. |
