Report from Council Committees and liaisons regarding updates on assignments.

Order to approve an interlocal agreement with the Cumberland County, and the cities/towns of Portland, South Portland, Scarborough, Westbrook, and Cape Elizabeth to construct and operate a regional crime lab in the City of Portland.
