A.      Application for Change of Manager by 99 Restaurant 3013 Cranberry Hwy Wareham under the provisions of MGL c.138.  Proposed new manager:  Joseph E. Alberg.
B.      Vote and attest certification of inspections for Kaimo Corporation d/b/a Shooter’s Restaurant & Sports Bar 2691 Cranberry Hwy Wareham.
C.      Vote to affirm approved applications for 2 am extension of licenses on December 31, 2005 for Harbor Watch Inn and Webster Hall under the provisions of MGL c. 138.
VII.    BUSINESS
A.      New language for liquor licenses special legislation
B.      Special Town Meeting
C.      Vote Town Election Warrant
D.      Draft letter requested by the Board of the Housing Partnership Advisory

F.      Superintendent, Jim Collins has asked if any member of the Board is interested in serving on the screening committee for the next high school principal.  A similar request may come forward in the near future to serve on the screening committee for the next middle school principal.

VIII.   ANNOUNCEMENTS
A.      Next meeting of the Board of Selectmen – February 7

B.      Nomination papers are available at the Town Clerk’s Office through February 10th until 5pm.  Nomination papers must be returned to the registrars at the clerk’s office on or before 5pm on February 14.  The following positions are on the ballot:
Board of Selectmen      One position    Three-year term
Board of Assessors      Two positions   Three-year term
School Committee        Two positions   Three-year term
Deputy Moderator        One position    Three-year term
Upper Cape Cod School Committee One position    Three-year term

C.      February 17th - last day to submit articles to the Board of Selectmen for the annual town meeting warrant
D.      Town election is April 4, 2006.  March 15th is the last day to register to vote for the Town election and town meeting.  For the express purpose of registering to vote, the clerk’s office is open until 8pm on March 15th
