PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARINGS & REGULAR MEETING
TREMONT TOWN OFFICE MEETING ROOM
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2014
6:00 PM
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Mike Ryan called the meeting to order at 6:08 pm.
2. ROLL CALL
Present were Chairman Mike Ryan, Planning Board Members Linda Graham, Spencer Ervin, and Gus Young, CEO Debbi Nickersin, ZOAC Member Kevin Buck and Mark Good – Islander. Planning Board Member Wayne Patton arrived at 6:14 pm.
3. ADJUSTMENTS/ADOPTION OF AGENDA
None
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: September 9, 2014 s l 2yes 2 abstain
Motion made by Spencer Ervin, with second by Linda Graham, to approve the minutes of September 9, 2014. Motion passed 2 yes, 2 abstain – Mike Ryan and Gus Young were not at the meeting.
5. SUBDIVISIONS: None
6. NEW BUSINESS: None
7. OLD BUSINESS:
A. To review the proposed amendments to the Tremont Zoning Ordinance Section VIII.B.3 Site Plan Triggers
The Planning Board agreed these were good.
B. To review the proposed amendment to the Tremont Zoning Ordinance adding Appendix B Site Plan Development Requirements
The Planning Board suggested several changes.
8. CEO ISSUES: Possible Zoning Ordinance Violation
CEO Debbi Nickerson discussed the possible Zoning Ordinance Violation at 130 Tremont Rd. The Planning Board approved what steps have been taken and encouraged her to resolve the issue.
