MINUTES
BOARD OF SELECTMEN
February 1, 2007
Present at the meeting that was held at the Town Building were Selectmen Stephen Dungan, Carole Makary, Jason Robart, Thomas Ruggiero, and Janet Wheeler.
Also present was Administrative Assistant Susan McLaughlin.
Clerk Steve Dungan called the meeting to order at 8:30 p.m.
Reorganization
The purpose of the meeting was to vote a new chairman and clerk.
Mr. Robart moved to name Mr. Dungan as chairman, Mr. Ruggiero seconded, and all voted in favor. The motion carried.
Ms. Makary moved to name Mr. Robart as clerk, Mr. Dungan seconded, and all voted in favor.
The motion carried.
Ms. Wheeler noted for the record that she did not step aside as chairman due to any discord among and between selectmen or any disagreement regarding town issues before the Board.
At 8:40 p.m., Ms. Makary moved to adjourn, Mr. Ruggiero seconded, and all voted in favor. The motion carried.
