MINUTES
JOINT MEETING
BOARD OF SELECTMEN and
STOW REPRESENTATIVES OF
THE NASHOBA REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT
February 15, 2006
Present at the meeting that was held at the Stow Town Building were Chairman Edward Perry and Selectmen John Clayton, Stephen Dungan, Carole Makary, and Janet Wheeler. The Board was joined by the three Stow representatives of the NRSD School Committee: Brian Burke, Ellen Sturgis, and Christine Way.
Administrative Assistant Susan Flint Hosier and Town Administrator William Wrigley were not present.
Chairman Perry called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting was to continue interviews for membership on the new School Building Task Force.
Seven applicants met with the joint boards during the meeting, all of whom are Stow residents and registered voters. The applicants, in the order in which they interviewed, are: Peter Rhoads of Sudbury Road, James Medeiros of Whispering Way, Ernest Dodd of Sudbury Road, C. Norman Farris of Red Acre Road, William Jones of Elm Ridge Road, Sara Kilkenny of Adams Drive, and Jason Tata of Elm Ridge Road.
Applicants were asked many of the same questions as those on the previous evening. Some board members asked specific questions of individual candidates.
At the conclusion of the interviews, the meeting was adjourned.
