Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen intend to lay out a certain way and will conduct a hearing on March 28, 2006 at 8:15 pm at the Town Building, 380 Great Road, to consider acceptance as a public way of the entire length of Whispering Way, constructed under the requirements of the Subdivision Control Law and in accordance with a plan on file with the Town Clerk, and shown on subdivision plans of said road recorded with the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds at Book 31831, Page 286.
