The meeting began with quorum at 6:30pm.
The Committee discussed what would happen if voters at Town Meeting voted not to acquire the Snow property. The Committee agreed that in that case they would vote to rescind their recommendation for Warrant Article #40 Creation of Recreational Fields. Laura mentioned that the Committee had discussed this at the meeting on April 26, 2007.
VOTE: Laura made a motion that if Article #38 Land Purchase – Snow Property is not approved by voters at Town Meeting then the CPC withdraws their recommendation for Article #40 Creation of Recreational Fields under Chapter 44B. Kathy seconded and approval was unanimous.
Dave left the meeting at 6:35pm which left no quorum.
