VOTE: J.T. made a motion to accept the proposed Agriculture-Recreation project proposal and allocate $1.850M from a combination of CPA funds from Unreserved Funds and Reserved for Open Space Funds, with the right to rescind support if the State Grant is less than $500K, Kathy seconded, and approval was unanimous.
