The meeting began with quorum at 7:40pm.

Corinne said that the intent was not to mislead residents, in fact the RFS was trying to separate what is currently the Pine Bluffs recreation area from being confused with the project. She also mentioned that it is probably too late to change the wording since it is also what is being used in the RMP.
