Present:  Community Preservation Committee members: Bob Wilber (Chairman), Dave Walrath (Vice-Chairman), Kathy Sferra, Corinne Green, Karen Gray.

Associate Members: Margie Lynch & Jim Sauta           Administrative Assistant: Deb Seith

eve an underground tank next to the Town Building is the best option.  The committee and Liz agreed that Rich and David should review the final designs and estimate from Chuck.  Liz asked if she needed to get another set of plans from FirePro but it was agreed that another set would not be needed given Chuck’s expertise (and the expertise of Rich and David).  Karen pointed out that the Town will save money on insurance if this happens.  Liz mentioned that the Town might be able to use the tank for systems at the library and fire station in the future.  The next step is to get installation bids.  Action Item:  Liz will give copies of the plans to Rich, David, and Bill Wrigley (Town Administrator); and ask them to put out bids for RFPs.  Action Item:  Liz will ask Chuck to include some requirements for the RFPs.  It was agreed that Liz would keep Deb up-to-date on the progress.
they discussed why the lake needs to be restored, what has happened in the past, some changes since the last treatment, different options, and their recommendation for restoration.
