Public Hearing – March 25, 2008

A Public Hearing on the Sewer Use Charge pursuant to Notice filed in the Office of the Town Clerk on March 13, 2008, and published March 14, 2008, was conducted by the Water Pollution Control Authority at the Stonington Police Station Meeting Room on March 25, 2008.

Members in attendance: James Sisk, Chairman; Stephen Bessette, Vice Chairman; James Petrosky, Secretary; and Richard Cody, Member.  Also present: Harold Storrs, Director

Members absent:  Lynn Young
                        
1.      Chairman Sisk called the Hearing to order at 6:01 p.m.

2.      Public hearing – Proposed Sewer Use Charge

Chairman Sisk opened the hearing to comments from the public

        The following individuals addressed the WPCA:
                . Dora Hill, 26 Oakwood Avenue
                . Samuel Fiore, 5 West Vine Street

        Chairman Sisk closed the hearing at 6:35 p.m.
