Special Workshop Meeting – October 24, 2006
A Special Workshop Meeting of the Water Pollution Control Authority was held at 5:00 p.m., October 24, 2006, at the Stonington Police Station Meeting Room.
Members in attendance: James Sisk, Chairman; and Richard Cody, Member. Also present: Harold Storrs, Director
Members absent: Stephen Bessette, James Petrosky, and Lynn Young

1. Chairman Sisk called the meeting to Order at 5.05 p.m.
Inasmuch as two members present do not constitute a quorum, the Authority undertook no decisions, votes, or any other action. The meeting consisted solely of a preliminary review of materials that will be used in conjunction with presentations at a November 8, 2006 public hearing on the draft Wastewater Facilities Plan dated October 13, 2006.

No decision, vote, or other action was proposed or initiated.
