RDIC Meeting: Wednesday, 4/17/19
Attendees: Mike Sullivan, Karen Greenwood, Brie Kriegel (Administrative Assistant), Dick Williams
Not Present: Doug Briggs, Michele Van Reet
Meeting called to order by Mike at 5:10 p.m.
- Review Previous Minutes: Dick motion to accept 4.8.17 minutes with corrections, Karen seconded; Dick motioned to accept 4.16.19 minutes with corrections, Karen seconded
- HPDD Review Board Update: Mike contacted Bob Mattson regarding his interest; Jim Purington sent a letter of interest; Dick made motion to accept Jim, Karen seconded, voted, and passed unanimously
- HPDD Deed: Mike asked Anita for copy of deed, she will look for it
- CMRPC Marketing Update: Showed website at yesterday’s meeting;
- AARP Grant: No update
- RFP Update (T/A dates & Abutters notification): After giving Town Administrator changes, Mike has not heard back yet, will follow up
- Fence Painting ($$$$$$): Doug is in communication with sheriff’s department; Mike contacted insurance company of automobile owner and is still trying to get repair estimates
- HPDD Solar Update: Mike now has a signed copy of agreement from Sol Systems, and now needs to give to Town Administrator to sign off on Mike signing
- Transportation Bond Bill: No update from Mike, will have more information at next meeting
- New/Old Business: Dick asked: If Solar Agreement is signed, when do we receive money from them? Mike said we will wait for contract;
- Next Meeting Date: April 23 at 5pm
- Adjourn: Dick motioned to adjourn at 6:09 pm; Karen seconded; Motion passed
