Meeting opened at 6:30PM (Posted as an informational session in the Landmark)
Attending: Doug Briggs, Tom Dufault, Mike Sullivan, Michele Van Reet
- Discussion and explanation of Town Meeting Warrant Articles – Funding for professional services is on the special town meeting warrant. Town ‘approval’ for entering into PILOT is on the annual town meeting warrant.
- Review minutes – None available.
- Bid discussion – Nothing to discuss.
- HPDD review board – Mike Sullivan was contacted by Bonnie Besse & Brett Russ expressing interest in participating as a result of posting in the Landmark. We have 3 confirmed members: Mike Sullivan, Doug Briggs, and Dick Williams. We still need 2 other members: 1 from Zoning Board of Appeals, 1 from community @ large. Tom will contact ZBA to recruit a member.
- New business – The invoice for Attorney Cranston’s services was forwarded to Select Board, but not yet paid. Awaiting response. We have funds remaining in our FY15 account – Mike will contact Attorney Cranston to request splitting the balance into one invoice for FY15 balance and the rest in a second invoice to be covered by additional funding requested.
- Old business – None.
