Meeting opened at 8:58AM
Attending: Doug Briggs, Tom Dufault, Mark O’Clair ??, Mike Sullivan, Michele Van Reet
- PREPROPOSAL CONFERENCE – No visitors.
- Review minutes – No minutes to review.
- Bid discussion – We reviewed the meeting dates that have been posted:
- April 22 @ 6:30AM meeting is posted; Briggs, Dufault, & Van Reet not able to attend. Meeting cancelled.
- April 30 @ 6:30PM – Public Q&A meeting for articles on special and annual town meeting warrants. Tom Dufault will contact the Landmark to publish the meeting.
- May 21 @ 4:00PM – Bid Opening
- HPDD review board – Dick Williams is all set to participate. Tom is still working to contact other potential members.
- New business
- We have a bill from Attorney Cranston for $2,993.75. Briggs makes a motion to forward the bill to the Select Board for payment. Dufault seconds. Motion passes unanimously.
- Tom Dufault brought information from the state (2014 Program Reforms) indicating that it is not necessary to vote on a TIF/PILOT because the entire state is covered. We are choosing to keep the request on the annual town meeting warrant for transparency and to get support from the town to signal potential bidders that we want their business.
- Old business – None.
- NEXT MEETING - April 30, 2015 @ 6:30PM for Public Q&A session.
Adjourn - Motion to adjourn from Briggs, Dufault seconds. Motion passes unanimously. Meeting adjourned @ 9:38AM.
