Minutes of 3/11/14 Meeting @ 6:30 am
Meeting opened @ 6:35 Mike Sullivan– Chairman, Tom Dufault – Vice Chairman, Mark O’Clair, and Attorney Paul Cranston.
- Reviewed and approved minutes of 2/11/14.
- Mike Sullivan indicated that interested parties were now aware of the RFP being published.
- Attorney Cranston confirmed that we could not establish an enterprise fund. He also confirmed that the RDIC holds title and deed, affirming full ownership.
- Mike requested a possible alternative to enterprise fund.
- Coordination will continue with Flodesign to have equipment on property removed, however no timeline has been established. Board will again request wind data from property.
- Board was invited to next town budget meeting.
- Board agreed to pay Attorney Cranston’s fee for services.
- Tom will work with Pare Corp. to facilitate information regarding the recording of the road plan.
- There was no new business.
- Meeting adjourned @ 7:10
- Next meeting is scheduled for 3/25/14.
