Minutes of 6/10/14 Meeting @ 6:30 am
Meeting opened @ 6:30 Mike Sullivan– Chairman, Mark O’Clair and Doug Briggs.
- Reviewed and approved minutes of 5/27/14.
- Board will notify interested parties of RFP being published.
- Discussed possibility of haying fields at RH. Board agreed to accept proposals.
- No further development with Flo-design to have equipment on property removed, property returned to normal and request for wind data.
- Invoices for Pare Corp. were presented. Board agreed to pay.
- Article on RH RFP release in T&G.
- Board agreed to create RFP for lumber harvesting on RH.
- Site visit was scheduled for 06/021/14.
- Meeting adjourned @ 6:50
- Next meeting is scheduled for 6/18/14.
