Meeting opened @ 5:33 Tom Dufault – Chairman, Mike Sullivan – Vice Chairman, Mark O’Clair and Doug Briggs.
- Accepted minutes of 8/8/13 and 8/22/13.
- Discussed RDIC membership - Mike will talk with Chris Senecal.
- Reviewed and edited HPDD bylaw.
- Mike spoke with a developer regarding the possible development of a solar project on the property. Developer reviewed property and there is preliminary interest.
- Mike and Tom will conduct a walkthrough with a party interested in a 5-7 acre parcel purchase. Possible nursing home / assisted living.
- Planned to discuss with Planning Board the possibility of the RH driveway being designated as a road.
