- Open: Meeting opened at 5:30 with visit to Treasure Valley Solar

- Review Previous Minutes/Invoices/Mail/Correspondence: Reviewed meeting minutes from 5.14.19, Dick moved to accept minutes, Shawn seconded, motion passed. Reviewed meeting minutes from 5.28.19, Dick made motion with corrections, Marilyn seconded, motion passed, Shawn abstained.
- Reviewed report from Quinn Engineering from June 7th; Need clarification on what are specifications for this type of gravel, Dave will send an email to clarify;

- Noise Bylaw: No Bylaw committee yet; waiting for Attorney General to sign off;
