There was some conversation about Grizzly Drive. The materials being used were discussed. Clea is working with Gary and said the planning board received emails from Carl Hultgren (Quinn Engineering) concerning this. Tim said that as long as Gary approved what was being done he was ok with it also.
Norm asked Clea to provide a plan (he referenced Mass DOT) for Brice Lemon showing culverts and bridges. Clea said that he is has already put in a request for the plans but hasn’t received them yet.
Julian showed the board a plan off of Campbell Street and Thurston Hill for a common driveway. Julian asked about the size of the sign that is required for this. He was told the letters must be 6 inches in height and the sign must be 1 square foot in size and the signs must be placed at each intersection and where the individual driveway begins. The board reviewed the plans. Norm saw a problem. #2A The strip of land containing the common driveway shall be located within the subject lots. Given the layout of the land it will be difficult to work around this. Discussion ensued.
Discussion occurred about the medical marijuana bylaw that was recently approved.
Jeff will try to collaborate with Kiritsy and Kwesell to get the Home Owners Agreement agreed upon before the next meeting.
Shawn moved to close the meeting. Tim 2nd, all in favor.
Closed: 8:45pm
Respectfully submitted,
Laurie Becker, Secretary
