Remote Participation: Tim Nahrwold by phone for part of meeting
Guests: George Kiritsy, esq., Julian Vortruba, Clealand Blair, Jr., Holly Ducharme, Rob Ducharme
Public Hearing: CB Blair Builders Inc. application to create 1 estate lot on Prescott Street
Hearing opened at 8:21pm
Clea Blair filled out the previously received blank check number 1189 in the amount of $500.
Norm read the legal notice.
Julian presented the plan on behalf of CB Blair Builders. The board reviewed the plan.
Abutter, Holly Ducharme, expressed safety concerns about there being increased traffic on this narrow road. When she learned there was only one house going up her concerns were relieved.
Tim joined the meeting by phone at this time.
There were no other resident concerns or board comments.
Marilyn made a motion to close the public hearing, Shawn 2nd. Tim – abstain, Marilyn – Aye, Shawn – Aye, Norm – Aye, Dick – Aye.
