- Creating total 6 acre lot. We meet all the requirements (1 lot out of remainder acreage). Plan was reviewed.
- Lot 3 – for use of common driveway (Warrington and Gamache own property near it).
- Board comments: None - Plan was previously reviewed by the Board.
- Public comments: None
Addison moved to close the public hearing, Dick 2nd, all in favor.
Closed at 7:10pm.
