         Minutes
                 February 9, 2016


Present: Norman Anderson, Dick Williams, Marilyn Sidoti, Tim Nahrwold

Excused: Eric Smith, Planner, Addison Redfield, Susan Ducharme


Meeting opened at 6:30pm

  •      Reviewed minutes of 1.26.16 were accepted with corrections.
  • Mr. Marc Curtis and Mr. Chris Pera were at the meeting to confirm the permitting process for estate lots with common driveways.  The lots are on Pleasantdale Road.  They will be at a future planning board meeting when plans are finalized.
  • Discussion of common driveway bylaw language followed.  
It was decided to refer the issue to the bylaw subcommittee and the town planner.

  • The board reviewed financial statements and mail was read.  No action was taken.
A motion was made by Tim and Marilyn 2nd to adjourn.
 Passed at 8:12pm.

 
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 8:12pm
