Hearing opened at 7:45pm.
Mr. Clealand Blair, Jr. and Attorney George Kiritsy are present this evening.
Mr. Blair is looking to remove a portion on the ANR which was previously approved
by the Board. He would now like to create an estate lot.
Plan was filed with the ZBA on 4/25 and is still under the appeal period. Mr. Blair did receive
a variance.
Plan was reviewed and discussed. Chairman Anderson stated that a varience (ZBA) for Lot I
would be needed.
Addison moved to close the hearing at 7:58pm, Dick 2nd, all in favor.
