Rutland Planning Board
Minutes

Present: Norman Anderson, Addison Redfield, Marilyn Sidoti, Tim Nahrwold, Dick Williams

Attendees: George Lussier, Mark Elbag, Jr.

Open meeting: 6:39pm

  • Review of minutes:
  • 5/14 – Dick moved to accept with corrections, Marilyn 2nd, all in favor.
  • 5/28/13 – Dick moved to accept with no corrections, Marilyn 2nd, all in favor.
  • Bear Hill Bridge letter to Clealand Blair, Jr.:
Chairman stated that he has not heard back from Mr. Blair on the letter he sent.

  • Crane Condo Plan:
Quinn Engineering is reviewing the plan.

  • CMRPC assessment:
Chairman will forward invoice to Jackie O’Brien.

  • Landmark Invoices:
Chairman stated that he needs to review and resolve.

  • Planning Board Finances:
Chairman is working with Dan, town accountant, to resolve administrative account balance.  
         
  • Conceptual Plan Lussier Enterprises/177 Pleasantdale Road:
Plan (30 acres with 15 upland) was reviewed.  Mr. Lussier will file a notice of intent near the buffer with Conservation.  Brad Weber previously reviewed the circle ( 50 foot radius).  One entrance and one exit are being proposed.  Mr. Lussier stated that this will be a three phase project (2 story townhouse, 1 car garage, full basement). The Board would like to see some kind of association.
Leach fields are outside the Village Center District.  The Board suggested that Mr. Lussier speak with the new Chief.
General thoughts:
  • Planning Board will need a formal set of plans with application.
  • A public hearing will be required in the future.
  • Copy of plan was left in the office
  • Brintnal Estates discussion:

           - Letter from Attorney George Kiritsy to the Planning Board dated 9/21/09.

           - Board agreed that Chairman should reply to Tom Dufault’s letter and should notify         
Mr. Blair.  A copy of Attorney Kiritsy’s letter referenced above will be sent with the letter.

  • CMRPC 50th Annual Dinner Meeting/ Hartman’s Herb Farm 6/13/13:
Norman, Dick, Addison and Susan will attend.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:34pm.
