Hearing opened at 7:30pm.
Mr. Kevin Quinn and Mark Israel are present this evening to update the Board on progress being made. Plan was presented for Karen Way. Mr. Mark Israel needs to reassess everything to see what he can do. Mr. Quinn stated that Mark is a serious player and is working very diligently on the project. Given the way of the marketplace advancement has been tough. Discussion ensued to include the following:
- Pushing out to Prescott Street with gravel along Karen Way to connect to Briarwood to try to balance the reality of what can be done (DCR issues were referenced).
- Will have 5 units
- Mr. Gary Kellaher of DPW is okay with project as long as it meets DOT standards.
- Mr. Israel and Mr. Quinn are asking for more time to review DCR issues.
Hearing continuation: Mr. Israel and Mr. Quinn will return on October 9, 2012 at 7:30pm to update the Board on what is being done. If they have something sooner they will contact the Board to be on the agenda sooner.
There being no further discussions, Addison moved to close the hearing, Tim 2nd, all in favor
