Meeting opened at 8:10 PM

Chairman stated that this is a hearing continuation. The Board is now in receipt of the 2nd report from Quinn Engineering dated 7/9/12.

It appears that all issues have been addressed. Legend was referenced.  Quinn’s report was reviewed.

Page 1, #2: Board may wish to discuss the surety timing with the Applicant (need to look at application to  
               if it’s denoted there).
             #5: “High voltage sign will be posted on the entrance gate…” (will be put in conditions)
#11(J): “This section requires all material modifications to the facility require approval of the Planning Board and Building Inspector…” the Board found to be somewhat confusing.  Discussion ensued.
Page 2, #2: “Mounting option #1 and mounting option #2
               Mr. Brian Milisci told Nexamp to put both options on the plan.  Nexamp will be using mounting option #1.   This can be put in the conditions.  

# 12 and 13: Brian stated that Carl Hultgren would like to see the shading area on the site plan.  He will also be taking it to Conservation Commission.   He would like to wait and get input from the contractor on what his approach will be.  Retaining wall could be used as a buffer.

#18, 19 and 20: Have already been accommodated in the latest plans
#21: Re: Sub drain locations (limiting the amount of crushed stone exposed to the surface is recommended.  This has been agreed upon.   Carl wanted intermittent area of lumen seed.
             #22: Mow detention basins twice a year.  This has been agreed upon.
            #23: No fence

Plan was reviewed with abutters.

Mr. Milisci stated that Carl is okay with deciduous trees and evergreens  Gated entrance was referenced.  
Letter from neighboring town on arborvitae trees was read.  Applicant is proposing 10 feet arborvitaes in a single row.  Applicant agrees to review with proper suggestion and get back to the Board.
Board does not want to see a stockade fence.
Suggested:  Scotch pine
Resident: Would like to see Pine or Hemlock trees.
Perhaps this could be made one of the conditions.

Chairman stated that the Board will now look at the Solar Bylaw and Site Plan Review to make sure everything is finalized and conditions are set.

Dick moved to close the hearing, Tim 2nd, all in favor.
