Jim is here to request approval to create an estate lot on Maple Ave.
Plan was reviewed.
Plan has a 50 foot opening and is clearly marked “estate lot, special permit required”.
Acres: 5.32
Plan has been filed at the courthouse as an ANR lot, therefore it is an incomplete plan.
Check for $500.00 was received. Check number 4918
Dick moved to continue the public hearing to March 13th at 6:30pm, Addison 2nd, all in favor,
Plan must state “estate lot which will not be further subdivided with empty blocks for planning board signatures.
