Present: Norman Anderson, chairman; Richard Williams; Addison Redfield, Tim Nahrwold
Excused: Susan Ducharme, Stephanie Bacon
Guests: Troop 306, Mr. Welch, Mr. Hall, Kate Gervais, Nat Gibbons and Holden Landmark
Open meeting: 6:30pm
- Minutes of previous meeting: Addison moved, Tim 2nd, all in favor.
- Quinn Engineering on Glenwood Solar Project Discussion on review.
Meeting rececessed for 2 public hearings
- Open 7:19pm: Mark Elbag, 3 Estates Lots – Legal ad was read.
Tim moved to close the hearing at 7:25pm Addison 2nd, all in favor.
Voted: 7:25pm
Certificate of action will be written up and given to Town Clerk, Sally Hayden.
- Open 7:36pm: Treasure Valley Solar facility proposal. Tim abstained.
- ANR – Emerald Road (Norman Ferris Calkins):
Fee $400.00 Check number 171
- Glenwood Road Solar Project: Board reviewed conditions of approval.
5. Treasure Valley Solar Project discussion:
Brian, Tyler spoke regarding run off rain
-Wildbrook glare
-Gibbons: Life of project
-Height – 12 ft building
-Use of power – Boy Scouts
-Education: 4 towns and 8 Reg. Tech.
-Continued to June 26th at 7:00pm
-Voted: 8:30pm
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 9:15pm.
