Public hearing was opened.
Discussions included:
- Dead End Roads (refer to 3/23/10 memo from Quinn Engineering)
- Subdivision plates
- Details on manholes
- Additional Verbiage is needed under Definitive plan content in the subdivision rules and regulations: Bear Hill Bridge was referenced. The Board still requires missing information (design and construction details, retaining walls, wetland crossings, bridges,etc.)
Carl Hultgren will look into this and will insert verbiage into definitive plan content (fully detailed design and specifications for bridges and retaining walls and whatever else is needed).
- Acceptance of Roads: Chairman stated that the Board of Selectmen is in the process of accepting Central Tree Estates. Discussion ensued.
- Index to forms: Were reviewed.
Carl will look over the plates (typical road construction, etc.) and documents to make sure references are updated.
- P. 53 –Carl will delete index on Pages 53 and 54.
Carl will email all corrections/revisions to Susan after which Steve will review. Once reviewed by Steve, clean copy will be given to Gary Kellaher and Clealand Blair, Jr. to review.
Public hearing date TBD.
Continued to 4/27 at 8:30pm.
