MEETING MINUTES
MAY 25TH, 2010
IN ATTENDANCE: Lester Grace, Richard Williams, Stephanie Bacon, and Chairman, Norman Anderson
ALSO PRESENT: Steven Parker
-5/15/10 Meeting Minutes approved, motion made by Richard, seconded by Lester, all in favor.
-5/11/10 Informational Meeting Minutes for Zoning Districts approved, motion made by Richard, seconded by Stephanie, all in favor.
-5/11/10 Planning Board Meeting Minutes approved, motion made by Richard, seconded by Lester, all in favor.
-5/12/10 Public Hearing Meeting Minutes for Zoning Districts approved, motion made by Richard, seconded by Lester.
NOTES:
-Clea is looking for the bond reduction to be zero for Heritage Hill, Pleasantdale Estates and Central Tree. Continued until June 8th. Steve will be looking at the older regs to see if the 10% retainer is necessary for a year after the road was approved at town meeting.
-Email Susan by June 4th if you would like to attend the CMRPC dinner which is June 10th, 2010.
HEARINGS/MOTIONS:
-Opened McCallister Estates public hearing for both subdivision & special permit at 7:15pm, continued until June 22nd @ 7:30pm. Motion made by Lester, Steph seconded, all in favor. Clea wanted to have a full board because it was for a special permit for Open Space.
-Opened public hearing for Subdivision Rules and Regs at 7:40. Motion to continue to June 8th at 8pm made by Richard, seconded by Lester, all in favor.
-Motion made by Richard to extend McCallister Farm deadline date for approval to 9/30/10 at 7:45pm.
INVOICES:
-Susan Ducharme May wages $439.20, Planning Board stipend of $250 per member totaling $1250.00. Motion to pay by Richard, seconded by Lester, all in favor.
ADJOURNMENT:
-Richard moved to adjourn at 8:30pm, seconded by Steph, all in favor.
