Sunnyhill Possible Recission Public Hearing continuation

Hearing opened at 7:40pm
Carl recapped the sequence of events leading up to the possible rescission public hearings that have taken place. Presently, Mr. Israel is undergoing some financial difficulty with the project which has led to a stall. Carl continued by saying the project does have its merits. It’s just taking some time.
Tim responded by saying that the Board has been patient and is trying to work with Mr. Israel. Discussion ensued.
Steve suggested the Board extend the project out 12 to 18 months as it is in the town’s best interest.
The Board asked that Mr. Israel come in on 4/27 at 7:00pm to discuss the project and get through the DCR process. Carl will speak with Mr. Israel.
Extension was granted to 4/30/10.
Public hearing continuation will take place on 4/27/10 at 7:00pm.
Dick moved, Lester 2nd, all in favor.
